Novospace were selected to design 26 luxurious apartments located atop the KPMG Tower in Cape Town. With 360 degree views of the mountain, harbor, and city, these apartments offer some of the most breathtaking views in the city.

We were tasked with the full interior architecture scope for these apartments, including furniture selection, finishing and fittings, all joinery detailing, lighting and electrical layouts, and the design of common areas and public spaces.

Our team has created three unique design styles for these apartments: industrial, contemporary, and minimalist. This range of styles ensures that there is something to appeal to every taste and keeps returning customers interested in the Halyard offerings.

The apartments range from one bedroom units to three bedroom suites, making them suitable for a variety of living situations.
