Premier hotel is a 205 key hotel based in the Umhlanga on the KZN coast. The hotel is one of 25 hotels for a private hotelier in South Africa. Our scope included interior architecture and design for all public including three restaurants, three lounges, two reception areas, a business centre, walkways and ancillary areas. Novospace was also task to develop 5 room types throughout the hotel ranging from standard to private suites on the top floor of the 10 storey hotel. Our scope included all furniture and fitting selection as well as all finishes, ceiling, lighting, softs, decor and artwork design and selection.

After the successful completion of this project Novospace was requested to complete the interior brand standards for all hotels moving forward.
