Inspired by the beauty of nature—timbers, sisal, and earthy tones spotlight the underside of the sculptural staircase, wall cladding in lift lobbies and waiting area furniture to create a grounded atmosphere within a vibrant atrium. Textured tiles are also used to highlight softly curved vanities and reception desks, with considered lighting emphasising key elements within the space.

Here _novospace was engaged to advise on the interior design of the common area spaces including the atrium finishes, design of; common ablution facilities, reception, lift lobby waiting areas and rooftop entertainment areas.
