Fee proposal is presented based on project scope

After contract signing we begin the concept development process including;

• space planning

• concept boards

• mood boards

• furniture proposal

• finishes & fittings proposal

• project budget preparation

The concept will be presented to the client for sign off.

3D visualisations if required by the client can be priced for.

Once the client has signed off the space plan, concept and budget we will start the design development phase.

In this phase we further develop the items from the concept phase in more detail.

We will develop a set of general arrangement plans and details for review by the client, including;

• Space plan

• Flooring plan

• Wall finishes plan

• Ceiling plan

• Lighting and electrical layouts

• Joinery location layouts

Further 3D visualisations can be priced for during this phase should the client require such.

Once the client has signed off the design development pack Novospace will continue onto the preparation phase where we will detail all approved elements for pricing and construction.

All plans, details and schedules will be sent out to various preferred contractors and suppliers for pricing.

We will adjudicate the pricing on their return and advise on contractor appointments.

Novospace will assist with the signing of the various contracts required between the client and the contractor.

Novospace only work with selected main contractors and do not administer various contractors individually with sub contractors.

We co-ordinate the on-site installation of your fit-out and liaise with project managers and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of our design.

On completion, we inspect all the works to prepare a schedule of snags with suggested remedies, and assist the project manager in preparing and issuing the completion certificate.

Novospace do not supervise the site, this is completed by the main contractor appointed on the project.

Novospace attend to all projects and design meetings required by the contractors and project managers.

We will complete a hand over pack of all as built drawings and manuals.
