Perched in Hawaan Eco-Estate with panoramic forest and sea views, this 3-bedroom home draws inspiration from the surrounding coastal landscape and luxury lodge aesthetic. Natural textures and honest materials are celebrated throughout — from off-shutter concrete walls and stone-look tiles to warm timber slats, contrasted with refined LED lighting and sleek sanitaryware. Novospace was involved from concept to completion, selecting all interior finishes, including engineered timber floors, porcelain tiles, and the home’s signature textured concrete walls. Post-handover, we curated furniture and décor to harmonise with the architecture, blending the client’s existing pieces with new finds.
